Singer Asset Finance Company, L.L.C. was founded in 1993 and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Radian Group, Inc. in 2001. Since Singer's inception, we have purchased nearly $1 billion in lottery awards and structured settlements.

Our staff is highly trained to listen carefully to a customer's needs and to build a relationship based on respect and understanding. Each transaction is customized for a particular individual's needs.

Once we acquire a lottery winning or structured settlement, we finance these assets with our own capital.
