Lottery/Special Asset Funding - How the Process Works

Day 1: Customer contacts Singer seeking a lump-sum payment for all or part of the lottery winning/special asset funding that's due to the customer.
Day 1-3: Singer reviews and analyzes the paperwork outlining the payment stream. Singer then makes an offer for all or part of the payment stream due to the customer.
Day 4-5: Customer reviews the options Singer has outlined, and decides to proceed with Singer's offer. Singer sends a contract for the customer to review with his/her attorney.
Day 6-7: Customer returns signed and notarized contract back to Singer for execution.
Day 8: Singer has an attorney file the paperwork to petition for court approval of the agreement.
4-6 weeks: Court date is assigned; the transaction is approved; and a check in the amount of the lump-sum the customer requested is sent
